About three quarters of employers in the country are considering establishing a work-from-home culture once the Covid-19 pandemic ends, a survey has revealed.The survey involved 1,830 employees and 258 employers from various sectors 22.6% reported of distraction from family65.5 per cent of employers have implemented work from homeOf those who have not implemented it, 68 per cent said they did not have supervision structures and were thus left with the option of requiring their employees to physically show up at work.21 per cent of interviewed employers said that their work falls in the essential services category as outlined by the government, meaning, their staff had to be present at work.
