County governments are setting up budgets and teams to counter coronavirus a few days after the Health ministry opened isolation wards.Those near international boundaries say they are screening people arriving from other countries.The counties took action as hotels on the Coast were asked to revise their cancellation policies amid the virus threat as Italians continue leaving the country en masse.
